Brian Bell's experience spanned 19 years in the hospitality industry prior to becoming President of Capitol Marketing Concepts in 1998. The Buford, Georgia (a small town North of Atlanta) native has an undergraduate degree in Accounting/Business Administration, and a Master of Business Administration.
Managing Director, Sales and Marketing Performance Practice
Jim has many years of continual success in sales and marketing performance improvement with Meridian. His background includes an MBA, Executive Leadership, and additional post graduate work at the University of Minnesota Graduate School of Business. He has held senior executive positions with companies in the Fortune 500.
Executive Vice President - President, Meridian Loyalty Solutions
John is an industry veteran with over 30 years of performance improvement industry experience managing a diversified international client base of accounts spanning financial services, publishing, transportation, tire, medical, building, insurance and retailing. He is responsible for client services, sales management, new channel development, card products and P&L.
Frank Fennell IV, founder of Fennell Promotions, began the company in 1992 with the sole purpose of providing businesses across North America with a better loyalty product for a fair price. Since its inception, Frank has developed products for some of the country’s best-known companies, earning a reputation as one of the great innovators of the incentive industry.
Executive Vice-President, Managing Director - Operations
At Meridian, Deb is responsible for all operations in support of our Incentive, Loyalty and E-Commerce solutions. She has spent her entire career helping clients improve their business results, whether in direct support or leading teams to deploy new ideas and technologies.
Steve brings 25 plus years experience in Sales, Marketing, and Executive Management. He has served as President, e-Commerce since 2007. He is responsible for overall strategy, business development, and management of the business.
Sam Roy has over 20 years of experience with Meridian and in the incentive business. Before joining Meridian, he was a Management Consultant with Unisys Corporation. He started in the IT group, becoming its VP in 1997. He was instrumental in creating the first e-business division, Gravtec.
